RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please review our return policy. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.

  • All return’s must be post dated within 7 Days.
  • Anything damaged, lost or stolen, the shipping carrier will be responsible for packages.
  • Acceptable returns must be returned using UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail. We will not reimburse shipping costs for any expedited shipping methods.
  • All acceptable returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • If you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of the product we are not responsible nor will it be excepted as a return or exchange refund item. We do not give store credit with no exceptions as we are a retail reseller not the maker.
  • There is a time limit that, you can try to contact the direct manufacturer of the product regarding issues.
  • Whatever your issue maybe we ask that you inform us so we can always supply you with good quality products.
  • All items must be returned in its original new condition. That includes the original packaging, operating manuals, tags, and accessories unopened.
  • We only ship & recieve new items.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fees associated with the return or re-shipment of the items.
  • All returns can be mailed to 284 S Main St, Fall River, MA 02721.
  • If the shipping address is incorrect which causes the package to be returned to us, you will still be charged for shipping.
  • Returns during Free Shipping promotional sales – If the original order was placed with a Free Shipping promotion the original shipping costs will be deducted from the order.
  • Any items or products on sale at the time of purchase are not returnable all sales final.
